The engine has apparently got water into it and is seized.
Otherwise this is a very nice boat inside and out with many upgrades.
Some upgrades include radar, GPS with plotter, fush finder, electric windlass, 8 inch custom mattresses, stack pack furling system on the main sail, and more.
